Telepath Technology Solutions LLC (“Telepath,” “we,” “us”) operates telepathit.com and Telepath Hub at telepathit.ai, including its live demo. This policy describes what information we collect through these sites, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide.When you submit our contact form or book a meeting, we collect the information you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, company, preferred contact method, and the content of your message. When you use the AI assistant on this site, we process the messages you send in order to answer them, and we keep a copy of the conversation for up to 30 days so we can review and improve the assistant’s answers. Before a conversation is saved, details such as Social Security, card and account numbers and passwords are removed, and your IP address is not stored with it. If you ask us to follow up, the conversation and the contact details you provide are also sent to our team by email. Please don’t share confidential information in the assistant.
Demo access requests. When you request access to the Telepath Hub demo, we collect your name, work email address, company and role, and whether you agreed to receive occasional updates from us. We review each request, email you an access code if approved, and record when you sign in to the demo. Demo sign-in uses a session cookie that is necessary for the demo to work.
Questions asked in the demo.The demo answers questions about a fictional company using synthetic data. We record the questions you ask, along with usage details such as the time, the AI model used, and the cost and duration of each answer, so we can improve the product and follow up on your interest. A policy guard screens each question before it is sent to the AI; when it detects sensitive details, such as a Social Security or account number, it blocks or removes them, and we record only the type of detail found, never the value itself. Please don’t enter real personal or confidential information in the demo.
Sign-in. When you sign in to Telepath Hub with Microsoft, Google or an emailed one-time code, we receive your name, email address and account identifiers from that provider, or your email address for a one-time code, and record the time of each sign-in. We never receive or store your password.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and operational purposes.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, review and manage demo access, provide and improve our services, and communicate with you about your inquiry or engagement. We send marketing emails only if you agreed to receive them, and every such email lets you unsubscribe. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies necessary for the site to function, and, with your consent, cookies that help us improve your experience. You can manage your preference through the cookie notice presented on the site and through your browser settings.
We rely on a small set of service providers to operate this site and our business: our website is hosted on Vercel; Telepath Hub, its demo and saved website assistant conversations run on Microsoft Azure; inquiries, scheduling and our emails are processed through Microsoft 365 services; sign-in is provided by Microsoft and Google when you choose them; and questions sent to the website assistant and to Telepath Hub are processed by our AI model provider (currently Anthropic) under a zero data retention arrangement: the provider does not store messages or replies after generating each reply, except where required by law or to prevent misuse. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
We retain inquiry, correspondence and demo records for as long as reasonably necessary to serve you, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records. Saved website assistant conversations are deleted automatically after 30 days. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact below.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
